OWN A PROPERTY
Own a property without needing the time or the know how
You have a busy job and a life. We have the team, the process and the patience. At PREPG3 we find the right property for you and look after everything from start to finish.
How it works:
- Free call. We listen, then agree what you're looking for and where.
- We search and check. We only bring you properties that fit what you told us.
- We negotiate. You decide. Nothing moves without your OK.
- We handle the buying. We introduce your solicitor, mortgage broker and surveyor and keep everything moving.
- Ready to go. We coordinate light refurbishment and hand it over rental ready, or ready for you.
Bigger projects (conversions, structural work, refurbish and refinance) are planned and priced per project.
ONE SIMPLE FEE
Minimum fee £3,500. Buying above £500,000? Ask us about a capped fee.
When you pay:
- £1,750 when you sign your sourcing agreement, taken off your fee
- The balance when you exchange
- Our 60 day promise: if we don't find a property that matches your brief within 60 days, we refund your £1,750 in full
Your fee and what's included are set out in a written sourcing agreement before we start. Your own costs (deposit, mortgage, solicitor, survey, stamp duty, refurbishment) are paid directly by you.
On a £150,000 purchase, our fee is £3,750.
PARTNER WITH US
Partner with us on a development
Some of our projects are bigger: a property that needs real work, where we add value and then sell it, or refinance and rent it out. We run these as a team, from finding the property to the finished result.
Partnering is by private conversation only. It is open only to people who certify as high net worth or sophisticated investors, and we share project details privately once that's in place.
